When will my order be despatched?
Our warehouse is currently moving!
During this time we will strive to provide you with the great service you are used to however you may experience delays for some products.

We despatch orders placed before midday within 24 hours. This applies to all orders placed Monday - Thursday. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday or the next working day.
Orders should be delivered within 48 hours however we cannot be held responsible for the service provided by our carrier which may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.
We do not deliver on Saturday.
We make every effort to maintain stock of all items in our warehouse, however shortages may occur. If an item is out of stock we will provide you with our best estimate of expected delivery date.

Will I be charged VAT?
Yes, VAT is charged on all orders. VAT is applied at the current standard rate.
Why do we show prices with and without VAT?
State schools and other government-funded educational establishments can claim VAT back, whereas privately run schools, nurseries, etc. (and private customers) cannot. Therefore we show both versions of our prices as a service to all of our customers.
What is the Returns & Exchange Policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Learning Resources. If for any reason you need to return an item, please complete our Returns Form and using the preprinted Returns Label return it to us via your local Post Office.
Please ensure the product is in a resalable condition and returned in its original packaging. We accept returns within three months after despatch.
We will refund you for the original price of the item or send you an exchange. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us so we recommend you obtain proof of postage. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. We regret that postage, packaging and insurance costs of returns cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

What do I do if my goods are Faulty or Damaged?
In the case of faulty or damaged goods please notify us within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us so we recommend you obtain proof of postage. In the case of faulty or damaged goods , approved costs of returns will be prepaid or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How do I order replacement parts?
Learning Resources will replace missing or damaged parts if notified within three months from the date of despatch.
