Online Orders When will my order be despatched? How much is the delivery charge? Will I be charged VAT? Why do we show prices with and without VAT? What is the returns policy? How do I order replacement parts? When will my order be despatched? We despatch orders placed before midday within 24 hours. This applies to all orders placed Monday-Thursday. Orders placed Friday-Saturday will be despatched on Monday or the next working day. Orders should be delivered within 48 hours however we cannot be held responsible for the service provided by our carrier which may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. We do not deliver on Saturday. Although we make every effort to maintain stock of all items in our warehouse, shortages may occasionally occur. If an item is out of stock we will provide you with our best estimate of expected delivery dates. How much is the delivery charge? There is a standard postage and packing charge of £6.95 on orders under £150 (inc VAT). Delivery is free on orders over £150 (inc VAT). This applies to Mainland UK only (excluding the Highlands and Islands). Non-mainland UK and International Customers, please contact Customer Services for your shipping costs. Our prices are quoted exclusive of VAT so that schools can reclaim it. Why do we show prices with and without VAT? Schools pay prices without VAT and we sell our products primarily to teachers at school, so our non-VAT prices reflect that. You are not paying more than you do for any item that includes VAT. What is the returns policy? Home/Private use: If your return an item within 28 days in perfect condition complete with original packaging we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange. This does not affect you r statutory rights. Please contact customer services for an authorisation number and paperwork. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse and we recommend that you obtain proof of posting. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded. School use: It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the case of faulty or damaged goods, please contact Customer Services for the necessary forms and a freepost label. If you are returning goods that are deemed unsuitable or not required, they must be returned in a condition suitable for resale. In this case, please contact Customer Services for authorization; please note that reply-paid postage is not available. We request that all returns are made via the Post Office and that you obtain proof of postage. All requests for returns must be made within 28 days from date of delivery.
