When will my order be despatched?
We despatch orders placed before midday within 24 hours. This applies to all orders placed
Monday-Thursday. Orders placed Friday-Saturday will be despatched on Monday or the next working day. Orders should
be delivered within 48 hours however we cannot be held responsible for the service provided by our carrier which may
be affected by unforeseen circumstances. We do not deliver on Saturday. Although we make every effort to maintain
stock of all items in our warehouse, shortages may occasionally occur. If an item is out of stock we will provide
you with our best estimate of expected delivery dates.
How much is the delivery charge?
There is a standard postage and packing charge of £6.95 on orders under £150 (inc
VAT). Delivery is free on orders over £150 (inc VAT). This applies to Mainland UK only (excluding the
Highlands and Islands). Non-mainland UK and International Customers, please contact Customer Services for your
shipping costs.
