How can I order products?

Online:
When visiting our website you can use the search bar or our categorised search headings to find products to suit your needs.
When you have selected a product you can ‘buy now’ or ‘add to cart’. 
When you are happy with your product selection you can purchase them through our secure checkout system

Simply send us your shopping list, including product codes, to customerservice@learning-resources.co.uk .

Contact a member of our customer service team on +44 (0)845 241 0484 and they will be happy to assist you. Our offices are open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (excluding Public Holidays)

When purchasing an order by phone, please quote the product name and product code. 

Mail:
Send your order, including product codes, to Learning Resources, 51a Bergen Way, King’s Lynn, Norfolk, PE30 2JG. Please include your name, email address, telephone number and delivery address. 

Fax:
Fax your order, including product codes, to +44 (0)800 328 6988. Please include your name, email address, telephone number and delivery address.

 

Will I be charged VAT?
Yes, VAT is charged on all orders. VAT is applied at the current standard rate. Our VAT number is 636965690.

 

What are the delivery charges?
UK: 
The standard delivery charge for orders placed within the UK is £4.95 
Orders over £50 inc VAT placed online will automatically qualify for free delivery
Free delivery is applied to offline orders over £75 inc VAT

Republic of Ireland (Eire):
We deliver to Republic of Ireland with a standard shipping charge of £15.

EU: 
We deliver to all countries within the EU with a standard shipping charge of £25.

When will my order be despatched?


All orders placed before midday Monday – Thursday will be despatched within 48-hours.
Orders placed Friday – Sunday will be despatched the following Monday, or the next working day in case of Public Holidays.
Orders should be delivered within 2-4 days, however we cannot be held responsible for the service provided by our carrier which may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. 
We do not deliver on weekends.
We make every effort to maintain stock of all items in our warehouse, however shortages may occur. If an item is out of stock we will provide you with our best estimate of expected delivery date.


Will I need to sign for my order?

Every order requires a signature upon delivery. If there isn’t anybody available to receive your order when we try to deliver, it will be returned to us. At this time we will contact you and arrange a refund of your order, less postage. If the products are still required, a new order will need to be placed.

 

What do I do if my goods are faulty or damaged?
It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights.  If you have concerns that we have not met our legal obligations call our Customer Service Team on +44 (0)845 241 0484 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (excluding Public Holidays) or email customerservice@learning-resources.co.uk.

In the case of faulty or damaged goods please notify us within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange.
You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us so we recommend you obtain proof of postage. In the case of faulty or damaged goods, approved costs of returns will be prepaid or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

 

What is the Returns & Exchange Policy?
It is our aim that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from Learning Resources. If for any reason you need to return an item please complete our online returns form and return it to us via your local Post office.
Please ensure the product is in a resalable condition and returned in its original packaging.
Returns must be made within three months from the date of despatch.
We will refund you for the original price of the item or send you an exchange. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us so we recommend you obtain proof of postage. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. We regret that postage, packaging and insurance costs of returns cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

You have the right to cancel any distance contract with Learning Resources UK Ltd up to 14 days after the day of delivery of your goods. Should you want to exercise your right to cancel, please call our Customer Service Team on +44 (0)845 241 0484 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm* (excluding Public Holidays) or email customerservice@learning-resources.co.uk. For more ways to get in touch, please visit our contact us page. You must contact us with 14 days of recieving your goods. We will refund you for the original price of the item. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us so we recommend you obtain proof of postage. Returns will be processed as soon as possible after we revieve the goods back. We regret that postage, packaging and insurance costs of returns cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Is it possible to order replacement parts?
Learning Resources will replace missing or damaged parts if notified within three months from the date of despatch.

Where can I find online versions of product instructions?
You can find downloadable instructions for your Learning Resources products on our website. Simply search for the product name in our search box and select the product that you require. If downloadable instructions are available you will see a link. 
Unable to find the instructions you need? Email marketing@learning-resources.co.uk with the name of the product and code.

You can find downloadable activity guides for your Learning Resources products on our website. Simply search for the product name in our search box and select the product that you require. If a downloadable activity guide is available you will see a link.
